谈到法律,总会给人以神秘、威严、崇高的感觉。其实,法律与道德、习惯、宗教、纪律一样,都在规范着人们的行为。正是由于这些规范的存在,这个社会才变得有序;正是由于法律的存在,我们的权利才得到应有的保障。

我们是小学生,是二十一世纪这个法治社会的小学生,我们应该重视法律,并将法律时时刻刻牢记在心。我们要努力做遵纪守法的合格小公民,肩负着现代化国家的神圣使命!

“勿以善小而不为,勿以恶小而为之”,现在小小的放松很可能在将来会酿成一次大的失足,何苦要等到法律制裁的时候才悔恨呢?所以我们现在只有从一名合格的小学生做起,将来当我们走出校园,融入社会这个大集体后,才能真正成为一名知法、懂法、守法的好公民。比如说:“学校不得违法开除未成年学生,教师再骂“笨死了”将受惩处,教师不能在校内吸烟,突发事件先救未成年人,父母外出要委托“代家长”父母不可偷看孩子日记,法院可剥夺父母监护权,再走丢小孩监护单位要担责,新法实施需要相关法规展开。”

法律在我们的一生中是维护自己权利的武器,同时又是规范自己行为的社会准则。因为权利在规则中行使,义务在规则中履行,自由在规则中拥有。法律引领我成长。

【未成年保护法】预防侵害的基本方法是什么?

1.义正辞严,当场制止。当你受到坏人的侵害时,要勇敢地斗争反抗,当面制止,绝不能让对方觉得你可欺。你可以大喝一声:'住手!想干什么?

压邪、震慑坏人的目的。

2.处于险境,紧急求援。

当自己无法摆脱坏人的挑衅、纠缠、侮辱和围困时,立即通过呼喊、打电话、递条子等

适当办法发出信号,以求民警、解放军、老师、家长及群众前来解救。

3.虚张声势,巧妙周旋。

当自己处于不利的情况下,可故意张扬有自己的亲友或同学已经出现或就在附近,以壮声势;或以巧妙的办法迷惑对方,拖延时间,稳住对方,等待并抓住有利时机,不让坏人的

企图得逞。

4.主动避开,脱离危险。

明知坏人是针对你而来,你又无法制服他时,应主动避开,让坏人扑空,脱离危

险,转移到安全的地带。

5.诉诸法律,报告公安。

受到严重的侵害、遇到突发事件、或意识到问题是严重的,家长和校方无法解决.应果断地报告公安部门,如巡警、派出所,或向学校、未成年人保护委员会、街道办事处、

居民委员会、村民委员会、治保委员会等单位或部门举报。

6.心明眼亮.记牢特点。

遇到坏人侵害你时,你一定要看清记牢对方是几个人,他们大致的年龄和身高,尤其要记清楚直接侵害你的人的衣着、面目等方面的特征,以便事发之后报告和确认。凡是

能作为证据的,尽可能多的记住,并注意保护好作案现场。

7.堂堂正正,不贪不占。

不贪图享受,不追求吃喝玩乐,不受利诱,不占别人的小便宜。因为

8.遵纪守法,消除隐患。

生活中我们还要会运用法律来保护自己的权利。

父母私看了你的日记,你可以告诉他们,《未成年人保护法》第三十九条规定,

任何组织或者个人不得披露未成年人的个人隐私。

教师体罚学生,你可以告诉他们,《未成年人保护法》第二十一条规定,教职员工应当尊重未成年人的人格尊严,不得对未成年人实施体罚、变相体罚或

者其他侮辱人格尊严的行为。

学校附近的娱乐场所影响教学,你可以通过学校反映,法律规定,中小学校

园周边不得设置营业性歌舞厅、网吧等不适宜未成年人活动的场所。

法律保护着我们,但同样约束着我们,我们更要模范遵守法律,沿着法制的

道路健康成长。

有的同学模仿古惑仔的行为,结伙滋事,打仗斗殴,却不知道已经是违法行

为,严重的构成犯罪,会受到刑事处罚。

有的同学欺负弱小,向低年级的学生勒索财物,却不知道自己的行为已经构成抢劫罪,会被判处三年到十年的有期徒刑,而超过三次的就要被判十年以上。      有的同学沉溺网络,受到暴力和色情网站的侵蚀,长久以往就会引发违法犯

罪。

法律对于违法犯罪的未成年人规定了从轻减轻处罚的原则,但是并不等于违法犯罪就不受到追究,我们中学生更应该遵纪守法,不以善小而不为,不以恶小而为之,学好用好身边的法律武器,防范侵害,保护自己,洁身自好,造福社会。

3、手抄报必须包含报头、插图和文字等三部分。

4、文稿紧扣主题,内容精炼,有创造性,选材巧妙;报头新颖、贴切、有创意。

文明礼仪伴我成长

内容要求:

在深入开展“文明礼仪伴我成长”主题实践活动的基础上,结合自己的所见、所闻、所感、所想,以手抄报形式,多角度展示自身认识和掌握的校园礼仪、家庭礼仪和社会礼仪等方面的知识。手抄报主题要鲜明,文章应短小精悍,生动活泼。

版面要求:

手抄报大小规格为8K,单面制作。

版面基本要求:1、有醒目的报头;2、有虚拟刊号、出版单位或出版人、出版日期;3、有版块,栏目划分;4、有文章标题;5、有插图,花边。 指导老师不得书写在手抄报上。每件手抄报须另行填写一份参赛说明书,与手抄报夹在一起上交。

评分标准:

(一)主题内容30分:主题突出,思想性强;内容充实生动。

(二)版面设计20分:见第四点“版面基本要求”。

(三)排版设计20分:主次分明;感观整洁、美观、大方,图文并茂。

(四)书写要求30分:均采用手抄文字和手绘插图,不允许任何剪贴;字体美观、大方,采用正楷字;字型字号有变化,疏密相宜。
